Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer flexible hours?
We understand that every family is different. We offer a range of attendance patterns, subject to availability, to support working families and individual childcare needs. Our team works closely with parents to find the most suitable arrangement for their child and family circumstances.
What makes your learning approach different?
We combine high-quality early education with outdoor learning, Forest School experiences, strong relationships and a genuine understanding of child development. Our approach is child-centred and ambitious, helping children build confidence, independence, social skills and school readiness through meaningful experiences rather than formal lessons. We believe children learn best when they are actively engaged, curious and having fun.

Do you offer Forest School or outdoor learning?
Outdoor learning is a fundamental part of life at CNPG. Children enjoy regular access to outdoor environments where they can explore, take appropriate risks, solve problems, build resilience and develop a connection with nature. Our Forest School programme provides opportunities for children to learn through real-world experiences including den building, tool use, fire safety, nature exploration and environmental stewardship. Forest School experiences are available across the group, with dedicated sessions delivered by qualified Forest School practitioners.
Any parent communication apps or systems?
We use Famly to keep parents informed and connected to their child's nursery experience. Parents can access updates, observations, photographs, messages and important information through the app. We also communicate through newsletters, nursery updates, parent meetings and regular conversations to ensure strong partnerships between home and nursery.
